"I think there is a world market for maybe five computers."
- Thomas Watson, chairman of IBM, 1943

Q. My computer is slow. Is this because of a   virus?

A. Usually not. PC's, like cars, need periodic tune ups. Registry optimizing, removing      unnecessary programs from bogging your computer down, or an  inexpensive RAM    upgrade speed up your computer dramatically.

Q. Isn't a wireless laptop, or a broadband connection expensive and complicated?

A. No. Prices vary with these products like anything else. I have purchased 100's though and know what is crucial and what is frills. I can help you with purchasing and setup, if needed. Broadband can be cheaper than dial up nowadays and once you see the difference you will never go back to dial up.

Q. Why would I need tutoring? I know how to get around computers.

  1. Maybe you don't need tutoring. Through experience though, I have seen that people tend to get a fraction of the benefits of their computers. I can usually show people "an easier way to do it", or explain things in plain, simple, English. Many "techies" can't seem to do that.
